Returns & Refunds policy
1.Consultation Fees:
Non‑refundable once the consultation is completed.
If the appointment is cancelled before consultation, a full refund is issued within 7 business days.
2.Homeopathy Medicines Charges:
All medicines are non-returnable once dispatched or delivered, due to hygiene, storage, and safety concerns.
Refunds are available only if:
Medicine damaged, incorrect, or mislabeled on receipt.
Notification and photographic proof sent within 24 hours of delivery
3.Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
